For those who find rain annoying and want it removed, this mod is their solution. This doesn't disable rain setting, just the raindrops. Maybe there's even a little performance gain. Copy "data" folder inside ".rx3 Files" folder to "FIFA 14/Game" directory and regenerate with any of the multiple tools available (FHL-BH Editor, i68 Regenerator, File Master).
