The Cameroonian Superpatch 13 has been released! 4 years ago, the author(Celtian) started to make patches. His first patch was Cameroonian Superpatch 10, but it wasn't released. Next year he made next editon of this patch. Now he has more experience in patchmaking, that is the reason for better and better patches. What will be included:
