Qatar stars league includes great logos, banners and trophies by Scissorhands. Also included is a simple AFC Champions League and World Club Championship. All 10 Qatar stars league teams have generic kits and the rosters were done with minimal information. This patch is intended to lay the ground work for another editor to come along and perfect the patch. PLEASE read this first if you are interested in making this patch work in manager mode. It has not yet been tested.
(*) We strongly recommend you use FIFA 09 Backup Utility to backup some files before installing this patch.
