Referee Raptor
Now before the match you will be able to select the referee! How this will work? Just by pressing F11 while you are in prematch menues, the window you see in the screenshot will be displayed. You will be able to select the referee and his kit for the next match! Referee Raptor added more features like Random Selection of a Referee(by Pressing Control + F9) and Hot Keys for the Referees you prefer. This Version will include 6 referees : Colina (Italy), Merk (Germany), Anders (Sweden), Nielsen (Norway), Lopez Nieto (Spain) and Baldassi (Argentina). Also, ou will be able to add more referees or more referee kits!

A free camera that will allow you to explore any FIFA 2003 Stadium and take incredible screenshots. A tool that all stadium maker must have! First Select a Stadium. Then you can select if you want Crowd, Flags, Flares and Sideline Elements to be shown. You can Hide Coordinates displayed on top and select the resolution you want. You can select home and away teams so then flags, and crowd and flares colours will be according to them. (If you have a problem to run this program, please download and install Fix File.)

ECP DBI v2.1
ECP DBI, the original DBI editor for FIFA 2003 is now back with a version 2. With a revamped GUI, it looks a much more professional program. That's not all. Now with add team function, you can create the team that you like, add the players you want, giving you REAL freedom in customising YOUR FIFA. Also, you can modify the teams in competitions, so if you fancy seeing Sunderland in the Champions League (!) then you can do it. And more, this is only seen as a minor update, since a TOTAL revamp is planned in the future, with complete rewrite of the code. So watch this space!

Here are just some of what ECP Enhancer 2003 can currently achieve : Install and uninstall of competition patches without losing original data, Install and uninstall of team specific features, Team specific stadia and ball (textures, structures and kickmeters), Away and 3rd goalkeeper kit for each team, Team specific goal sounds and introduction sounds(Unlimited), Team specific popups/nets/crowds, Team specific advertisement boards and sideline elements, Different modes to have different data for each team in different competitions, e.g. different kits in European competitions.

Chant Raptor v1.0
Load up to 15 wav files and you can import them as generic chants, chants for teams or chants for players. When a team name or a player is not available in the teams or player combo box you just enter the iD of the team or player you created and that chants will be imported. Also you can delete chants you imported if you don't like them. Wav files should be 8 bits, mono with a sample rate of 16000 Mhz. I mean, you can use other quality setups but we strongly recommend you that setup that will keep good quality with too many kb.

Systray Raptor 2.0
New options like Oedit and the chance to add 3 of your favourites applications to the Systray Raptor, have been included. By checking "Run on Windows Startup" option, SysTray Raptor will start automatically every time you turn on or restart your PC. All Raptors you have installed will become available automatically. Those raptors you have not installed will not be available and their name appear in light gray.
