This utility will allow you to easily import your own 2GF Flags (256x128 pix BMP's) to the game and assign them to any team you want! This utility is designed with Visual Basic prgramming but it also has Macromedia Flash add-ons, so the navigation of the program is very user friendly and simple! Suprising thing is that this utility has only 1,17 MB! Rebuilding fifa.fat and *.bh files is also automatically included.
