This patch is for Germany national team and GK roster of 29 national teams. It embodies more enhanced skill abilities for German national players and 29 national teams GKs. (Extrat fcdb.dbi/fcdb_kor.dbi/Korean.loc to "datacmnfe" folder and FIFA2002 to "user" folder. But this is just useful for Korean version of WC2002.)
