The detailed features are Aggressive tackling by CPU, Resulting in more freekicks, penalties, sending offs, and of course injuries, Dynamic CPU style gameplay, Incisive through passes/lobs/crosses, Now the ball is a magnet - CPU will pressure your player with ball, Fatigue is a major factor, CPU is capable of pathetic defending, Now big teams are difficult to beat, and lots of other features. (Extract "aicpu.big" file to "data/cmn/be" folder, "ini.big" to "data/cmn" folder, and "soccer.ini" file to FIFA2003 main folder.)
