This patch will add rain and thunder to all stads in a random setting so all stads except Amsterdam Arena will have both rain and sun.This patch will also add : Random Rain to all stads, Thunder sounds to all stads when it rains, More streemers, camera flashs, small flags,guards,camera men, The crowds are much loader and realistic unlike the fifa crowd render, and Flares to be on at all times rain or shine day or night.
