The patch contains the two Romanian Second Division Series B1 and B2 and replaces the Swedish and the Norway Championships. Here are the teams from the patch : B1 League - Poli Unirea Iasi, FC Onesti, Gloria Buzau, Midia Navodari, CSM Medgidia, Metalul, Plopeni, Unirea Focsani, Inter Pitesti, Inter Gaz Bucuresti, ElectromagneticaBucuresti, Cimentul Fieni, Dacia Unirea Braila, Rulemntul Alexandria. And C1-4 Leagues - Bucovina Suceava, Foresta Falticeni + RATC Iasi, Laminorul Roman, Juventus Bucuresti. B2 League - Apulum Alba Iulia, FC Oradea, GAz Metan Medias, Olimpia Satu Mare, ISCT, Corvinul Hunedoara, CFR Cluj, Universitatea Cluj, Extensiv Craiova, FC Baia Mare, ARO Campulung Muscel, Pandurii Tg.jiu, Minaur Zlatna, CSM Resita. (The patch replaces the Norway and Sweden Championship with the Romanian Second Divizion Championship.)
