Using the same interface, it makes the editing of both games as simple as possible. There is a wealth of features for editing FIFA 2004, from adding players and teams, to searching players on the Free Transfer. Moreover, with DBEdit++ you can promote and relegate teams, making it ideal for editing rosters in time for the coming season. Apart from adding FIFA 2004 support, the UEFA EURO 2004 support is also improved. With more customisable options, as well as many minor tweaks and bug-fixes, including the enabling of 7 substitutes instead of the 4 in version 2.
