First you should check your FIFA 10! This patch doesn't support minimum install of FIFA 10. (It requires the custom install at least!)
1) First, you must delete all folders under "My Documents\FIFA 10" folder.
If not, you will have a crash when run game. (Before deletion, backup the folders just in case.)
2) Double click "Worldwide_2010_e_v3_setup.exe"
3) Designate a destination folder (your FIFA 10 main directory, for example "C:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 10")
4) Wait a moment...All files will be copied.
5) If you don't have any problem...it is successful. If not, follow the next step.
6) We strongly suggest you uninstall FIFA 10, and then delete FIFA 10 main directory(for example C:\Program Files\EA Sports\FIFA 10) & "My Documents\FIFA 10" directory.
7) Now you should re-install FIFA 10.
8) After re-installing, follow again (2), (3), (4) step.
Don't remember....You should follow (1), (2) step!
- Restore
1) If you want to restore FIFA 10 before installing this patch, just click "Start -> Program Menu -> Worldwide Patch 2010 -> FIFA 10 Restore". All files will be normally recovered.
2) You must delete all folders & files under "My Documents\FIFA 10" folder.
3) After restore, go to "C:\10_backup_wide\my_document\FIFA_10".
4) You can find original setting & save files before this patch is installed. Just copy all files and paste them to "My Document\FIFA 10".
- Solve "game crash" problem
1) If you have a problem after installing this patch, just click "Start -> Program Menu -> Worldwide Patch 2010 -> FIFA 10 Error Solve".
2) FIFA FS engine will be running. Just press "Enter", and wait a minute to finish generating zdata files.
3) This work will solve some problem about game crash issue.
- Known Issue for Windows Vista & Windows 7
1) If you have a problem to install under Windows Vista & Windows 7
->Right click and properties at Worldwide_2010_e_v3_setup.exe
-> Tick the "Run as Administrator"
2) You can install this patch without no problem.
- Online Mode Issue
You can play Interactive online league or online match mode normally after installing this patch. But you must follow this instruction carefully.
1) If you want to play the online match mode, just click "Start -> Program Menu -> Worldwide Patch 2010 -> Online Mode".
2) If you want to play patch mode at offline after Online play, must click "Start -> Program Menu -> Worldwide Patch 2010 -> Worldwide Patch Mode". If not, FIFA 10 will be crashed at offline mode.
