This great thing almost extends your WC 2002 Demo(official or not) to the full version! You will be able to play any team from World Cup competitors. Each team has its own kits and flags. There are 47 teams total. Apart from country teams, you can play All-Europe, All-Asia, All-America, All-Africa and All-World teams. Also there is a team named ≪10≫. We think, it was used for beta-testing ;-). And you can play it too.
